Hong Kong Tunnel
Following our discussion at the end of last week you agreed that we might talk to Costains and the
Hong Kong Tunnel Co. on the lines of the attached letter. We saw them last Friday and promised to let them have a summary of our position. This is set out in the attached copy letter.
