Following from Sedgwick for Sellers.
Detailed planning has started but owing to
holidays full proposals and firm costings cannot
reach you before end December. Basically we are
in agreement with outline proposals brought by
Lai but suggest that Xavier be retained to accompany
delegation in addition to Yeung to deal with press
arrangements.
2. We suggest approach to Finance Committee on
following lines subject we hope to downward revision
later when detailed planning is completed.
