The Secretary of State has agreed to receive the Heung Yee Kuk delegation from Hong Kong at 10.15 a.m. on Wednesday,
21 February. I have arranged with
Lord Shepherd's office that the Minister of
State should receive this delegation at 10.30 instead of 10 a.m. as previously arranged. This should ensure that the Secretary of State's meeting will be limited to fifteen minutes.
2. I should be grateful if any briefing required for this meeting could reach us by close of play on Monday, 19 February.
