Dear Mr. Godden,
In the Memorandum presented by the Heung Yee Kuk Delegation to The Rt. Hon. Lord Shepherd this morning, the paragraph included under 'Recreational Facilities' on Page 3 should have been under the heading of 'Education of Chinese Children in the Chinese Language' and a completely new para- graph should have been included under the heading of 'Recreational Facilities'. In order to put this matter right I am enclosing a corrigendum to replace the latter half of Page 3 beginning with 'Recreational Facilities'.
I apologise for the oversight and any inconvenience
which this may have caused.
