Mr. Simms undertook to discuss all these possibilities further with Mr, Wilmott Morgan, the Hong Kong Water Engineer, who is now on leave (he is not on the telephone but his leave address is not far from Mr. Simms' house). We agreed to meet again at 10.30 on Monday morning, if possible with
Mr. Wilmott Morgan.
