(2) Upon receipt of a written request from his employce the employer shall deliver to him
(a) where the request relates to such conditions, forthwith;

(b) where it relates to such particulars, at the time of
the payment to him of his wages for the wage period
concerned,
a notice in writing containing such conditions or particulars, as
the case may be.
22. (1) The conditions referred to in sections 20 and 21
and shall include the rate of wages, including any overtime rate, allowances, whether by the piece, job, hour, day, week or otherwise of the person or employee concerned.
(2) The particulars referred to in section 21 shall include
(a) particulars of the amount earned, including overtime
earnings (if any), by the employee; and
(b) particulars of any deductions made from the wages of
the cuployee cnd the reasons therefor.

Records, Forms and Returns.
23. (1) Every employer specified under subsection (2)
shall in rospect of
(a) sach of his employees; or
(b) any class or classes of them,
koep such records as may be nccessary to enable him to comply
with Part V,
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (a) or (b) of subsection (1), the Commissioner, if he thinks fit, may, by notification in the Gazette, specify any class or classes of employers.
24. (1) The Commissioner may prescribe the form of any consent, request or notice in writing or of any records required for the purposes of this Ordinance.
(2) The Commissioner may, if he thinks fit, cause a notice of any such form to be published in the Gazette.

25. (1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, Commissioner may, by notification in the Gazette, require any class or classes of employer: to forward to the Commissioner, at such times as he may in such notification direct, returns in such form as the Commissioner may prescribe and giving the particulars prescribed therein.
