Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Amendment)

Regulations 1967.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the

Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance, the Commissioner of

Labour has made the following regulations

Citation and

commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Factories and

Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Regulations 1967, and shall come

into operation on the

day of

1967.

Amendment of regulation 11. (Cap. 59, sub. leg.).

2. Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is amended

-

(a) by deleting "one hundred hours in any year or six hours

in any week and shall not take place in the undertaking

in more than twenty-five weeks from the proviso to

paragraph (1) and substituting there for the following

"one hundred and fifty hours in any year or six

hours in any week and shall not take place in the

undertaking in more than thirty-six weeks"; and

(b) in paragraph (6), by

(i) deleting "eight" from sub-paragraph (a) and substituting

therefor the following

"sixteen"; and
