After some discussion, the Minister instructed that
the question of hours of work should be a subject of an
immediate telegram and that the remaining subjects should
be a subject of a letter to the Governer. In particular, the
Minister wished the telegram to make it clear that she wanted
a firm timetable for the Inactment of the necessary legislation.
