There is also a F.. from Ir. Renkin down for oral reply on Tuesday (Question No. 138). Draft replies to (42) and (46) are behind this minute. As regards the draft reply to (42) I have prepared two drafts, one open and one confidential, to go to kr. Greenhalgh. This is in the light of paragraph 4 of Mr. Yoggan's minute at (47). It is extremely difficult to find anythin; of substance to say to Mr. Greenhalgh.
As regards the draft reply to (46) two drafts,

Mr. Fogran end Draft 'B' is virtually the same, apart from slight variations in paragraph 2 and an additional paragraph which I hope may elicit further information from the Governor which will help in replying to Mr. Renkin's
