phoned yesterday to say a reply
had not been received to a letter which Mr. Quintin-Hogg sent to the Ministry of Labour on
5 December, 1966 and which the Ministry of Labour say they sent on to us to answer shortly after-
wards. It is about a Mr. J. R.
Koon and labour from Hong Kong.
