I suggest that some sort of confidential survey be carried out in all civil cases and both the plaintiff and the defendent be queried as to whether they have any complaint as to the treatment they received from the lawyers, the lawyers clerks, bailiffs, clerks of the courts, (who are by no means pure) and any others connected with the case. This must be confidential and in this way a dossier can be compiled and so show where the mest smèke ia ceming from, thereby leading to the source of the fire.
