The local branch of Justice has recently written to the Secretariat and Attorney General seeking information on any amendments that might be made to the Ordinance as a result of the Justice Report.
2. A suitable interim reply has been sent and I would meanwhile be glad to know whether we may soon expect any comments on the notes sent to Gordon-Smith by Roberts on 16th February, 1968. (Attorney General's letter reference AGO/9/1250/67c).
