be a closed area.

37. (1) In the case of a closed area which is an area or

place occupied by Her Majesty's forces or for other purposes of

the Crown in right of Her Majesty's government in the United

Kingdom, the Commander British Forces or any commissioned officer

in Her Majesty's forces authorized by him for the purposes of

this subsection may issue to any person a permit allowing such

person to enter and leave the closed area.

(2) In the case of any other closed area, the Commissioner

of Police may issue to any person a permit allowing such person

to enter and leave the closed area.

(3) A permit issued under subsection (1) or (2) shall be
