(2) Any person who takes part in
intimidating assembly shall be guilty of an offence and shall
be liable
(a)
on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for five
years; and
(b)
on summary conviction, to a fine of five thousand
dollars and to imprisonment for three years.

Any person who directs, organizes) arranges, encourages,
counsels, causes, procures or commands any intimidation which is
an offence under section 27 shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable
(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for five
years; and
(b)
on summary conviction, to a fine of five thousand
dollars and to imprisonment for three years.
Organization

intimidating assembly.
30.
Any person who directs, organizes, arranges, encourages,
counsels, causes, procures or commands an assembly or gathering
of three or more persons which is or becomes an intimidating
assembly under this Ordinance shall be guilty of an offence and
shall be liable
(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for five
years; and
(b)
on summary conviction, to a fine of five thousand
dollars and to imprisonment for three years.
