3. If the five romaining prisoners are also conviacted,
there might be some advantage in trying to deport all six
at the same time, assuming that the Chinese would accept them, but this would mean delay until early August.
4. There could be no question of interfering with the administration of justice to the extent of agreeing to the unconditional release of any or all of the prisoners, without deportation. Nor can we rule out the possibility of further arrests and convictions of persons in this category.
