Not until 11 August were we able to get substantive message across to Mr. Poon Tak-Hsing, vice Editor in Chief of N.C.N.A. He raised question of fourth correspondent, so we said that he was also included. Mr. Poon said that he would report to Peking. He appeared unaware of approach by Charge's office.
20 We said that as soon as access had been granted to Grey, Mr. Poon could get in touch with Commissioner for Prisons to arrange visits.
