The purpose of the Parade explained to the suspect. The suspect has no objection to the Parade. The suspect elects to stand at Position No.1 1st witness called at 16.25 hours. Witness walks immediately across to the Parade stands in front of No.1 and places his left hand on the suspect's right shoulder. When asked hesaid the suspect's name is CHU Leung. 1st witness led off at 16.30 hours. Suspect declines to change his position. 2nd witness called 16.31 hours. Witness looks carefully along the line from left to right and then from right to left. He then puts his left hand on the shoulder of suspect saying "This is Mr. CHU Leung". Witness led off Parade at 16.37 hours. Suspect declines to change his position on this parade and elects to remain at Position No.1
3rd witness called at 16.39 hours. Witness walks up and down the line studying all persons carefully. He removes his spectacles then moves along the line stops in front of suspect at No.1 and places his right hand on his left shoulder saying "This one". Witness led off the Parade at 16.46 hours. Suspect has no objection to the manner in which the Parade was conducted.

Remarks:- Prisoner's clothing, where standing etc.
All persons on the Parade are dressed in E/S clothing with collar and tie. A11 wearing spectacles.
