We have received from the National Security Bureau a letter saying: "If your unit in Hong Kong gets any information about actions of the Special Branch of the Hong Kong Government against our intelligence organisations, apart from reporting to the higher authorities for reference, please send a copy of the report regard- ing such information to the Supervision Section of our Bureau in Hong Kong in order to avoid delay".
If you receive any such information, please inform the said Supervision Section through Comrade CHIU Kwong Hon (6392/0342/3352), apart from reporting to us.
