It is reported that Inspector
(6200/0012/
0356) of K Section, X Branch, who was sent to the U.K. for training in the spring of 1960, has now returned. He is now posted at the Western Police Station as a Detective Inspector.

This Inspector TSE is cruel to the core and when he was working for the K Section he had done the most to persecute our workers. He had also traded information for money with the Communist bandits.
Please take the necessary precaution.
