The target at Mailun Building who was reported to have been under surveillance is now found to be an informer of the K Section of the X Branch. This person has moved to an address at Bonham Road. He had directed personnel of the K Section to
Tai make enquiries of four of our workers at Room No. 303, Kwun Hotel, Central District, on August 18th.
