1961, did give information obtained by you as a Police Officer to
HON Pik Kwong, a private individual and a member of the Kuomingtang
Intelligence Service, without the authority of a Gazetted Officer.

CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the
Special Branch of the Hong Kong Police Force, did disobey Police
Regulations, in that you between 1st September, 1961 and 30th
November, 1961, did give information obtained by you as a Police
Officer to HON Pik Kwong, a private individual and a member of the
Kuomingtang Intelligence Service, without the authority of a
Gazetted Officer.

Contrary to Section 28 (1) (c) CAP. 232.
CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the
Special Branch of the Hong Kong Police Force, did between July
1961 and November 1961 associate with (1) HON Pik Kwong and (2)
CHAN Cho Hong, well knowing such persons to be agents of the
Kuomingtang Intelligence Service, to the prejudice of good order
and discipline.

HON Pik Kwong the sum of two thousand dollars Hong Kong currency,
without the consent of the Commissioner of Police.
