CHARGES AS THIRDLY AMENDED
(CHARGES TO BE DETERMINED)
(A) In the course of duty making a statement false
in a material particular.
Contrary to Section 28 (1) (j) CAP. 232.
CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the Hong Kong Police Force, did on 16th day of November 1961, at Police Headquarters, Hong Kong, in the course of duty make a statement which
was false in a material particular, in that you did state to Mr. A.L.
GORDON, Deputy Director of Special Branch, that you had no knowledge of four persons whose photographs were shown to you, namely (1)
and (4) YAM Sai Ping,
(2)
(3)
when in fact you well knew these persons.
CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the Hong Kong Police Force, did on 17th day of November 1961, at Chatham Road Compound, Kowloon, in the course of duty make a statement which was false in a material particular, in that you did state to Mr. A.L. GORDON, Deputy Director of Special Branch, that you had no knowledge of three persons who were presented before you, namely (1)

well knew these persons.

(B) Neglect of Duty.
when in fact you

CHU Leung, you are charged that you, being a member of the Special Branch of Hong Kong Police Force, did between July 1961
and November 1961, neglect your duty, in that you knowing of the
presence in the Colony of two agents of the Kuomingtang Intelligence Service, namely (1)
did fail
and (2)
to report such matter to the proper authorities.
(c) Disobedience of Police Regulations.
Contrary to Section 28 (1) (e) CAP. 232. (As prescribed by P.G.O. No. 20 (n))
