One was about Mr. M who was under surveillance. I received
this sometime in July. One was about a LEUNG Wan Yip. The report was that a Superintendent had given orders to arrest him and CHU Leung asked me if I knew him. I said no. I
received this report sometime in July. One was about the
transfer of a high ranking police officer from Singapore who
was anti-Communist and sympathetic to the K.M.T. I do not
remember his name, but I remember the middle initial was 'H'.
I received this report from Mr. X in writing and I passed to
