The amended charges are attached horeto.

The amended charges were read over to S/Sgt. II CHU Leung in English and Chinese (Cantonese), each one separately. He stated

that he understood each amended charge.

I was the officer in charge of the training and surveillance section of Special Branch from August 1960 to towards the end of
