The Minister of State would be grateful if a draft reply for her signature could be sent to Private Office within seven days.
3. Should it prove necessary for Governments or other sources to be consulted, or if there is likely to be delay in sending a final answer, a draft interim reply should be put up immediately. (C.O. Code of Procedure Part II, Section J 27 refers.)
