I have found your letter of the 28th
14 February about Chu Leung awaiting my return
from America.
While of course one is anxious to do justice, I am sure you accept the old legal maxim that 'justice is delayed is justice denied'.
I hope very much that it will soon be possible to bring this case to a conclusion.
