zee Kt inwards
Following the civil disturbance in Hong Kong last year, we wrote to your department reporting the extra costs incurred by the Army Department and asking for your agreement to our recovery of these costs from the Hong Kong Government. We sent you further details of our costs in February and April this year.

If so, can you now agree that the Army Department should effect recovery of its extra costs from the Hong Kong Government?
