54. The plan does not indicate reductions and strengths as at 1st April 1970 (see Appendix 1). We shall need to know the annual breakdown and these details should be provided.
CONCLUSION
55. We conclude that the Commander-in-Chief's cutline plan, subject to amendment in accordance of our views, is acceptable and forms a sound basis for further detailed planning.
