The Chiefs of Staff are accordingly invited to endorse the permanent establishment of six RAF helicopters in Hong Kong, and to note that a decision on whether their provision from Singapore will need to be offset there by the retention of the six Whirlwinds ex-Kuching will be taken in the light of the Commander-in-Chief's detailed submission.
