The attached additions and amendments to OPDO(DR) (67) 54 and 56 are circulated for consideration by the Working Party, following discussion at the 39th Meeting held on Monday, 11th September.
As agreed at the meeting, OPDO(DR)(67) 54 will be attached as an Annex to OPDO(DR)(67) 56. The amendments to the latter are therefore
given first.
In view of the need to circulate the final version of the paper to Ministers by the evening of Wednesday, 20th September, any comments should reach the Cabinet Office not later than 10.30 a.m. on that day.
