Development
Minor failure to comply reotified immediately
(i) Minor failure to comply
not rectified immediately on verbal warning, or
(ii) More serious failure to
comply but an effort made to oover up the failure, or
(iii) Substantial effort made to comply with previous warning but unacceptable breaches of conditions continued.
Action
Verbal warning by inspector to head- master or person in charge.
A letter to the school short of a formal notice to be sent to the school, or
Written notice requiring compliance within a specified period which may be very short, or
Legal action by arrest,
