Would you please refer to your Minister's letter of 20th December to the Parliamentary Secretary about the proposal to supply the Hong Kong Export Credit Guarantee Corporation with commercial information.
I am afraid that this is not an easy problem to resolve and we are still examining certain aspects of the case. Lord Brown hopes to be able to reply to your Minister in the near future.
