This seems far more negative than the conclusion which was reached at the meeting under Sir Arthur Snelling's chairmanship at which this was discussed. I thought that the general view
ms that this was a possibility worth further exploration. The
suggestion in this paragraph is that we would prefer the idea to be dropped. If in fact this decision has been taken, I have seen
no referance to it elsewhere.
