I enclose herewith a memorandum addressed
to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, by
which the Luxembourg Government associates itself
with the representations made by the Belgian and
Netherlands Governments on 17th May 1967 regarding
certain textile importations from Hong Kong into
the Benelux countries.
