These undertakings relate to the products of Hong Kong
origin listed in Annex A to this Menorandum, the Government of Hong Kong having noted that the Benelux Governments have withdrawn table linen and household linen, not of terry cloth, (Benelux tariff positions 62.02.05 and 62.02.25) from the scope
of their request for consultations.

During the periods of the undertakings the Government
of Hong Kong will restrain exports of the products listed in Annex B Annex A to the limits listed for each category in Annex B to
this Memorandum. Any of the limits specified in Annex B for the period 1st October, 1967 to 30th September, 1968 may be increased by not more than five per cent, with equivalent reductions in one
or more of the other linits specified in Annex B for the same
period, using the conversion factors indicated.

(a) The Government of Hong Kong will not initially permit exports up to the limits shown for each
category for the period 1st October, 1967 to
30th September, 1968 in Annex B, but will
withhold reserves from those limits in the
amounts specified in Annex C, with the
exception that, in respect of Category No. 6,
woven shirts, the existing reserve of 150,000
pieces will be carried forward from the period
of the current undertaking.
