Annex C
(e) If the amounts to be deducted in accordance
with sub-paragraph (d) exceed the quantities
to be credited in accordance with sub-paragraph
(c) the Government of Hong Kong will deduct such
excesses from the reserves shown in Annex C to the
extent of such reserves.
(f) In December, 1967 and at the beginning of July,
1968 the Government of Hong Kong will consult
with the Benelux Governments to review the
ancunts that may have been, or remain to be,
credited and deducted. After the consultations
in July, 1968 the Government of Hong Kong will
make any balances still in the reserves
available to the trade.
7.
If the Benelux Governments inform the Government of Hong
Kong that, as a direct result of the operation of the undertakings,
there have been difficulties about maintaining established
business relations between Benelux importers and Hong Kong suppliers,
the Government of Hong Kong will endeavour, as far as possible, to
assist in overcoming such difficulties.
The Government of Hong Kong will provide the Benelux
Governments with fortnightly statistics on exports of the products

listed in Annex A.
9.
The Government of Hong Kong will consult the Benelux
Governments on any matters arising out of these undertakings in
addition to those referred to in paragraph 6 of this Memorandum.
