When obligations arising out of the Treaty instituting
the European Economic Community make it necessary in the
view of the Benelux Goverments, negotiations will be
opened with the Government of the United Kingdom as soon
as possible in order to introduce any necessary modifications
into the present Agreed Minute.

When obligations arising.out of the treaty establishing the European Free Trade Association or the treaty
instituting the Anglo Irish Free Trade Area Agreement
make it necessary in the view of the United Kingdom Government
negotiations will be opened as soon as possible in order
to introduce any necessary modifications into the present
Agreed Minute.
