I agree that the right courso would be to refor this paper to the Official Committoc.
In considering the futuro I think the Committee nood to tako into account two important background points:-
(i) the whole complex of the Vietnam war (including
our alleged support for the Americans);
(ii) the plans for a reduction of forcos in the Far East
gonorally.
