Five villagers on C.T. side threw stones at Man Kam To Police Post. No action by C.C.A. No injuries or damage.

One U.B. Inspector on Bridge at Man Kam To taking photographs of posters on B.T. side was stoned by about 10 men on C.T. side who drove the Inspector off the bridge.

Heavy stoning by crowd from C.T. into San Lau St. S.T.K. (B.T.) This stoning completely destroyed the wire mesh fencing for Gurkha sentries

Five inflammatory posters found at Lo Wu Bridge, B.T. Not yet removed.

Sporadio stoning by three youths who are about 10 yards into B.T. with apparent intentions of driving Immigration and Uniform Branch officers off the bridge which they did.

Ten Chinese males gathered on C.T. side of Lo Vu Bridge and shouted "Yellow skin dogs and white skin pigs and mutton heads come out".

Four of these C/Ms crossed 20 yards into B.T. ana and stoned the Duty Immigration Officer forcing him off the bridge.

An L.M.G. has been positioned at right hand corner of Bank Building S.T.K. (C.T.) The gun is manned by

C.C.A.

A party of 12 C.C.A. also seen to move from the rear of White Tower at M.R. 147974. Two of them carried what appeared to be mortars. One carried a pistol and the remainder rifles. They moved through Dead Man Village to N.W. Road near the Officers' Mess. They formed three ranks and are now being lectured and observing Army positions.

20 C.C.A. carried 3 mortars from the Officers' Mess to S.T.K. Village (C.T.)

Sporadic stoning at Lo Wu Bridge by four adults who occasionally crossed about 25 yards into B.T.

28 ooolies came across the border at Man Kam To and put up inflammatory posters at M.K.T. Police Post, Customs House and on a private car belonging to the Immigration Officer. The posters on private car removed without incident. Others remain.

Posters read "Down with British Imperialism", "Strongly support the righteous H.K. Compatriota".
