Oancia was summoned to M.F.A.on evening of 24 July and admonished for violating Revolutionary order, refusing orders of Revolutionary masses and refusal to sign document admitting his mistake. Ministry spokesman said he had completely disregarded M.F.A. statement of 14 June (NCNA No.061413) and warned him "in all seriousness" that he must be careful in all his future actions.
2. Oancia has now received instructions from Toronto Globe and Mail to return to Canada and is making arrangements, subject to obtaining exit visa, to leave on Saturday 29 July by PIA flight from Shanghai.
