Due to the fact that the operation of the vessel is scheduled to terminate on or about August 20, 1967, it is hoped that arrangements with your government may be completed to permit a visit by the vessel to Hong Kong within the time remaining. We hope that the vessel could sail for Hong Kong on about May 13, 1967, and arrive at Hong Kong on about June 27, 1967.
Your assistance and cooperation in this matter will be appreciated. Officials of the Consulate General will be glad to provide any addition- al information or assistance that you may require.
