to Hong Kong to cover duration of SAVANNAH's visit 28th to

that the team arrive in Hong Kong no later than 27th June, 1967.
3. From a safety point of view it is assumed that COM Hong Kong
has advised the Governor of which berths may be used in accordance.
with current Navy Department instructions i.e. cleared berths or
berths at least one mile from the general public (Commonwealth Office's signal No.1141 to Governor Hong Kong of 7th June, 1967
paragraph 3 refers).
