Dear Ross,
I enclose a copy of a signal received from
Commodore Hong Kong (0609042 April) concerning the proposed visit of USS BAINBRIDGE to Hong Kong from 19th to 24th May 1967. A further signal from Commdore Hong Kong should be received forwarding an official request. However, in view of the time factor, it is felt that early action is necessary.

The USS BAINBRIDGE is a nuclear powered guided missile frigate. An NMMT is available.
