(a) 11th Oct. Hong Kong villager attacked by four men half a
mile from Ta Ku Ling on road to Lin Ma Liang.
Chinese territory through gap in border fence.

(b) 12 Oct, Police arrested four Communist Chinese at Pak Hok Chai (GR 962901) after two others were seen to abduct a man with hands tied behind his back across the river into Chinese territory.
(c) 14 Oct. At Man Kam To. Senior Inspector F.G. Knight was
surrounded by group of 20 farmers from Communist territory whilst discussing the rights and wrongs of some wire laid in
At 19401, 1962 on Chinese farmed land in British territory, after about four hours of discussion he was forcibly abducted across the border. Bridge closed early 15 Oct. 2 Coys 1/7 GR and troop LG deployed in area,
