It would be helpful if Departments would forward to
Mr. J. N. McKelvie (Room 011, Curtis Green Building) biographies
of Heads of Commonwealth Delegations as soon as they know who
these are to be. In several cases (Ceylon, Cyprus, Guyana,
Jamaica, Lesotho, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore) this
information is already available.
