With reference to the Note of 25th July on preparation of
briefs already circulated, the co-ordination of personality briefs for Brief No. 15 in the CFM(67) series will be undertaken
by this Department, though Departments may be asked to supply material. Posts have already been asked to supply details of delegations and biographies (where these are not already in
London) by 1 September.
