It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor
has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Seal, to
appoint Mr. Michael Alexander Robert YOUNG-HERRIES, M.C., J.P.,
provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an
Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council with effect from
23rd March, 1967 during the absence from the Colony of the
Honourable G.R. ROSS, J.P.
