It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor
has been plessed, by Instrument under the Public 3eal, to appoint
Mr. M.A.ß. Young-Herides, M.C., J.P., provisionally m d subject
to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an Unofficial Member of the
Legislative Council with effect from 3 June, 1967 during the
absence from the Colony of the Honourable J. Dickson Leach, J«P.
