It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor
has been pleased, by Instrument under the Public Seal, to appoint
Dr. S. y. Ching (+), J.P., provisionally and subject Dr.S.Y.
to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council with effect from 3 October, 1967, during the absence from
the Colony of the Honourable LI Fook-shu
