I have the honour to inform you that I have appointed Mr. Wilson WANG Tze-sam, J.P., provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council during the absence from the Colony of Mr. FUNG Hon-chu with effect from 27th April.

Mr. Wang's previous appointment referred to in your Despatch dated 17th April, 1968 expired on 17th April, 1968 following the return of Mr. Fung.
